Member Sales and Service Representative- MSSR
FAA Federal Credit Union is looking for a Member Sales and Service Representative exhibiting an extremely team-oriented and outgoing personality. The ideal candidate should maintain a cross-selling environment within the branch and provide high quality service to the members. Other duties include but are not limited to assisting members with all basic aspects of account–opening/closing, deposits and withdrawals.
Requirements: At minimum a High School Diploma or equivalent. Prior banking/credit union or cash handling experience is a plus. Good communication, organizational and computer skills are essential to this position.
Loan Officer
FAA Federal Credit Union is looking for an experienced Loan Officer for our Memphis, TN branch. The successful candidate must have a demonstrated ability in both the technical factors of lending and in needs based selling.
Requirements: Minimum of two years of experience as a lender and with a demonstrated ability to develop business for the institution. Education consisting of an Associate degree or higher preferred but may be offset with experience related factors.
Salary will be commensurate with experience. In addition to the base salary, an excellent benefits and incentive packages will be provided.
