Coronavirus COVID-19 Readiness (Update)

Dear member,

We are here to help you!

The leaders of FAA Federal Credit Union continue to monitor the latest updates regarding the coronavirus disease (COVID-19). We want to reassure you that FAA FCU is safe and sound and your money is secure and insured by National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) which is backed by the full faith and credit of the United States government. We’re here to help with any financial services you need during these difficult times. You can count on FAA FCU to be there.

With that said, in accordance to CDC’s recommendation, we remind you that may take precautionary measures to reduce exposure to COVID-19 by periodically closing the lobbies of our Centennial, Wolfchase and Tupelo Main branch, except for scheduled appointments only. Our drive-thrus will remain open with normal business hours for most of your transactional needs during those closings.

Please be assured that even in the middle of this unprecedented pandemic, we are fully prepared and more than ready to service your every financial need without interruption. While we may not be as accessible to you face to face, we are fully ready to service you by phone or other remote/electronic means.

Access to your money

The safest and easiest way to access your money 24 hours a day during this outbreak is through our online banking services. If you do not have it on your mobile phone, now is a good time to download our app (search in app store for FAA Federal Credit Union) or sign up for online access on our website: www.faafcu.org.

We encourage you to use the drive thru or ATMs. To find a list of nationwide, surcharge free ATMs, click here.

If you need to schedule an appointment during regular business hours, our dedicated team members stand ready to help with any needs.

Branch Hours Changes

Any Branches not listed here are operating normally. Please note that the lobbies of every branch are open to members only.

Centennial and Wolfchase branches: Both Drive Thru only.

Memphis Center branch is temporarily CLOSED at this time. Please visit one of our other branches in the meantime.

If you feel you require an in-person visit with one of our team members, please give us a call:

If you’ve been financially impacted by this pandemic, our team is prepared to discuss your options and help guide you through these uncertain times. Now, more than ever, we are here to support members like you. At FAA FCU, we are family. We are here for each other through the good times and bad.

Protect yourself from cyber scams

It is important to note that if we reach out to you, we will NEVER ask for confidential information such as your name, password, personal identification number (PIN) or other account information. You can review the Federal Trade Commission's advice for consumers to protect yourself from scams.

At FAA Federal Credit Union we are proud to be a part of your lives and are honored by the trust you place in us. We are not only thinking about your financial security, but your health as well. We are working diligently to ensure we are utilizing the best health practices during this pandemic and staying up to date on the latest protocols and recommendations from public health authorities.
